Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Collection from us is not possible as we send all products directly from our warehouses in Europe, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • In normal circumstances we aim to ship within two working days but please allow up to ten working days to ship and deliver your order.
  • A tracking number with full instructions will be sent to you by email once we despatched your order, so that you can follow your delivery as it makes its way to you.
  • Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Delivery is made by UPS, DHL or FEDEX Courier Services and all deliveries are fully insured against damage or loss.
  • All lost shipments are covered by the shipping insurance and Gcom Uk are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier.
  • If the item is damaged in transit, please sign the carriers delivery note as ‘damaged’, please look out for mishandling - crushed boxes, flattened corners, etc. We cannot be held responsible if you do not follow this.
  • All duties or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • All postal surcharges for special area delivery are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please ensure you provide a telephone number in case there is difficulty with the transaction or delivery, we will not call you for any other reason.
  • If the item(s) are returned back to us, we will ask you for a re-delivery charge.
  • You agree to co-operate with us fully in the event of a loss/damage claim.

Faulty or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products

  • If the item is faulty on arrival, please advise us within 3 days of receipt.
  • We may try to assess the fault before allowing you to return the item, please be patient.
  • When returning items to us, please ensure they are well packaged.
  • Items returned to us at your cost.
  • Product will only be exchanged if returned in original packaging and only if found faulty. We do not give refunds.
  • If a product is returned and no fault is found the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping
  • Postage will not be refunded.
  • After the first 3 days, the manufacturers warranty applies (if applicable), please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Please read the manufacturers instructions/instruction manual carefully. Most manufacturers have a technical/after sales helpline.
