GCOM UK SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

Collection from us is not possible as we send all products directly from our warehouses in Europe, Hong Kong and Mainland China.

In normal circumstances we aim to ship within two working days but please allow up to ten working days to ship and deliver your order.

A tracking number with full instructions will be sent to you by email once we despatched your order, so that you can follow your delivery as it makes its way to you.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Delivery is made by UPS, DHL or FEDEX Courier Services and all deliveries are fully insured against damage or loss.

All lost shipments are covered by the shipping insurance and Gcom Uk are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier.

If the item is damaged in transit, please sign the carriers delivery note as ‘damaged’, please look out for mishandling - crushed boxes, flattened corners, etc. We cannot be held responsible if you do not follow this.

All duties or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

All postal surcharges for special area delivery are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please ensure you provide a telephone number in case there is difficulty with the transaction or delivery, we will not call you for any other reason.

If the item(s) are returned back to us, we will ask you for a re-delivery charge.

You agree to co-operate with us fully in the event of a loss/damage claim.

At the moment, we ship our product to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States

If your country is not listed above, it means we do not offer service to your location yet but please check back with us on a regular basis. All shipped orders are covered by insurance to ensure protection for your shipments from door to door. This service covers against physical loss or damage that could occur due to external causes during transportation. It applies to the direct replacement or repair cost of the shipments transported and transportation charges are automatically insured with your shipment.

Return Policy

The return policy governs any purchase made through our Gcom UK Ltd retail website. Gcom UK Ltd offers a 7 Days Returns Policy for (DOA) defective items from the date of arrival at your location. Customer's returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items.
  • Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by Gcom UK Ltd.
  • If Item becomes defective beyond the 7 days of receipt, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance within the terms of their warranty.

All non defective items returned to us for refunding are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No restocking fee will be applied to defective or DOA (Dead On Arrival) items.


All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.


Returned item must be double boxed, customer should not stick any labels or postage on the product's packaging.


Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by Gcom UK Ltd. You, the customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office.
Please include the following information when returning an item:

  • Your RMA number on your invoice (Do not write on the items box. If so, the package will not be accepted even if it is not defective).
  • A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).
  • A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange.


Note: Gcom UK Ltd will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. Also note that shipping fees and insurance are NON-Refundable. In certain cases, there might be other miscellaneous fees pertaining to your order which are also non-fundable.
